A criminal case was opened in Perm after the death of a two-year-old girl, as a block of snow and ice fell on her from the roof of a private house. This was reported on Sunday, March 15 by the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Perm Territory.
According to the investigation, the incident occurred in the afternoon of March 13, in a garden plot in the Ordzhonikidze district, when the child was next to his father.
The child was seriously injured and died on the same day in a medical facility. In this regard, the case is being investigated under Part I of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on causing death due to negligence.
