Guest “Most Importantly” puzzled Dr. Myasnikov with a question about vegetables

The doctor and TV presenter, Alexander Myasnikov, admitted that the question asked by the guest on the “About the Most Important” program baffled him. The issue can be found on the “We Watch” platform.

In the Ask a Doctor segment, viewer Myasnikov shared a rule she’s heard regarding cutting vegetables: the larger the cut, the more vitamins are retained. The woman also asked the doctor whether this principle applies to grinding coffee.

-You amazed me about vegetables. I don’t see the logic. Finely chopped, roughly chopped…what are you, a vitamin, or something like that, cut in half? The doctor replied: “I don’t know, I don’t think that’s true.”

Last February, Myasnikov was exposed as a guest on the “About the Most Important” program after she admitted that she had never tried kombucha.

Before that, Alexander Myasnikov was very surprised by the conversation that a patient had with a nutritionist. The doctor said that one day a 25-year-old man came to his clinic. He was tested and all his indicators were within normal limits. After that, the patient decided to discuss the results with the nutritionist, who said, according to Myasnikov, “things that completely contradict medical assumptions.”
