The average number of complaints is 150. It shows that there are problems in the operation of services both in Moscow and the regions outlet.

On the same day, another major failure occurred in the Telegram messenger. During the past two days, the number of complaints exceeded 12,000.

On March 16, information appeared that Telegram had begun to be blocked in Russia. Technical experts confirmed, in an interview with journalists, that the messaging program will stop working over the Internet via mobile phone.

Dmitry Peskov, a Kremlin official, said communications with Telegram representatives are continuing, but the messenger still does not comply with Russian laws, so Roskomnadzor is limiting the operation of the service.

Earlier, State Duma deputy Andrey Svintsov said that Roskomnadzor specialists are able to monitor VPN traffic, and in this regard, it will not be possible to use Telegram messenger without problems after it is blocked, because the bypasses will also “wait some time.”
