The Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Jarida reported on March 15 that Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei was undergoing treatment in Moscow.

According to the post, Mojtaba Khamenei was transferred to Moscow on a Russian military plane on March 12. He underwent successful surgery and is now receiving treatment at a private clinic linked to the Kremlin.

Mojtaba Khamenei was wounded at the beginning of the US-Israeli war with Iran on February 28. The health condition of the country’s new leader did not allow him to receive treatment in Iran.
