Air defense forces intercepted and destroyed 139 Ukrainian drones over Russian regions within three hours. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense on Tuesday, March 24.
The ministry’s Telegram channel said: “From 20:00 to 23:00 Moscow time, air defense systems destroyed 139 drones belonging to the Ukrainian Armed Forces over the regions of Smolensk, Novgorod, Bryansk, Kaluga, Leningrad, Moscow region and Crimea.”
The number of victims after the second strike launched by the Ukrainian army in the Khomutovsky district of the Kursk region rose to 13 people. Two of them are in serious condition, and 11 others have injuries of varying severity. This was announced by the head of the region, Alexander Khenshtin, on March 24.
Shortly before that, the governor reported that during an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the village of Glamazdino, Khomutovsky District, one person was killed.
On March 19, the head of the Stavropol Region, Vladimir Vladimirov, reported that a woman was injured as a result of falling drone debris in the Koshubevsky district.
