— The largest building of the Troitskoye Electricity Depot will be the production and administrative building. The plan of location of structures on the territory of the transport enterprise will make it possible to use the land more rationally, increase the comfort of workers and reduce the time spent moving between buildings.
— The construction site of the future electricity depot is located between the Kaluga and Novomikhailovskoe highways on the border of the Troitsky and Novomoskovsky administrative districts. The maximum number of employees per shift can be up to 540 people. “Comfortable working and rest conditions will be created for employees,” added Maxim Gaman, General Director of Mosinzhproekt JSC.
The Troitskoye Electric Depot is designed for the storage, maintenance and repair of electric trains of the Troitskaya Line, which will become one of the longest radius of the capital metro and the largest outside the Moscow Ring Road. The first phase of construction of the Troitskaya metro line, which includes 11 stations, has been completed so far. The second stage is being implemented – from Novomoskovskaya station to Troitsk.
As a result, the radius will expand to 17 stations, and its length will exceed 43 kilometers. The line will run from ZIL station to the city of Troitsk. Its launch will improve the land transportation situation in the areas adjacent to the new metro stations in the southwest and south of the capital.
