According to the organization, fraudsters launch schemes with fake social contracts: “The government allocates 12 thousand rubles for the Easter table. Follow the link.” The target audience is the insured, pensioners and socially vulnerable citizens. The scheme is designed to uplift religious and charitable traditions in the run-up to the holiday.
Moshilovka urged not to follow links from instant messengers and use only official channels. It is recommended that donations be made in person at the church or through trusted parish websites.
