Residents of apartment buildings may face a fine of up to 1.5 thousand rubles for installing clothes dryers on the facade. This was stated by a member of the Committee of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation Yevgeny Masharov.
He explained that if such devices are installed outside the balcony without permission and without agreement with other owners, the structure may be dismantled. Such actions may be classified as a violation of the rules for the use of residential premises.
According to him, the facade belongs to the common ownership of the residents, so any changes require approval at a public meeting. At the same time, there is no direct federal ban on drying clothes, but restrictions can be put in place at the regional or municipal level.
Masharov added that in judicial practice there are cases when drying clothes violates the rights of neighbors, for example, when water flows onto lower balconies. This can lead to property damage and other consequences, including mold and rot RIA Novosti.
In addition, the use of car tires to decorate flower beds near residential buildings can also result in a fine of up to 300 thousand rubles. Lawyer Evgenia on Saturday told Vechernaya Moskva about this.
