The head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, said on April 15 that a nine-story residential building was hit by a Russian Armed Forces drone.
According to him, one person was killed and six injured as a result of the attack. Three victims were taken to hospital. Doctors rate their condition as average.
According to the authorities, three apartments on the fifth to seventh floors were damaged. There was a fire in the building and it was extinguished.
