The Russian Export Center will hold a festival exhibition under the national brand “Made in Russia” in the Chinese city of Harbin. The event will be held from May 17 to 21 at the Harbin International Trade and Economic Fair in parallel with the 10th Russia-China Expo.
The festival’s official opening is scheduled for May 18, but it will begin operating on May 17. The opening ceremony will be attended by the festival’s general director, Veronika Nikishina, and high-ranking Chinese guests.
This event is being held in Harbin for the third year in a row. In total, in recent years, REC has organized six “Made in Russia” festivals and exhibitions in the country. The first took place in 2024, on the eve of the Chinese New Year, in the cities of Shenyang and Dalian, the second in Harbin in May, and the third in Chengdu in November. In 2025, the festival was held in Shenyang, Harbin and Beijing.
– Russian non-resource exports to China increased by 18% at the end of last year, and we are witnessing an increase in interest in goods coming from Russia. “Meeting the demands of Chinese consumers requires high-quality promotion infrastructure, and our festival exhibition opens great opportunities for local manufacturers to enter the huge Chinese market,” said Veronika Nikishina.
Visitors will be treated to a large-scale exhibition, where more than 100 Russian manufacturers of agricultural products, cosmetics, consumer goods and jewelry will present their products.
