The head of the city spoke about how Moscow provides comprehensive assistance to SVO participants and their family members and about the creation of a walking route in the west of Moscow, and also said that Muscovites set a record in the finals of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren. Help for SWO participants

Supporting the participants of the Special Military Operation (SVO) is Moscow’s absolute priority. More than 500 thousand services were provided during the operation of a single support center, including: provision of regional support measures depending on the condition of the participant, psychological support and psychotherapy, legal assistance, support in matters of rehabilitation and prosthetics, selection of technical means of rehabilitation and referral to medical examination, assistance in choosing adaptation programs, adaptation of housing to the needs of the veteran, assistance in obtaining a profession and further work, as well as meeting targeted requests of participants and their relatives.

New walking route

Experts are creating a pedestrian route in the capital from the Academician Korolev Bridge to the building of the PN Fomenko Workshop Theater. Active work is also taking place in the last section – from the “Western Port” to the “Workshop of PN Fomenko”, where specialists are strengthening the banks. Under the Belorussky Bridge, Bagration Street and Dorogomilovsky Bridges, artificial embankments are being created to expand the dam.

Register for the School Olympiad

Muscovites won a record number of prizes at the finals of the Russian School Olympiad. The results of all 24 topics were summed up. The Moscow team received 1972 certificates: 354 laureates and 1618 prize-winners. This is 109 more certifications than last year. More than half of the capital’s educational institutions trained Olympiad winners. Muscovites have received the most awards in the fields of computer science, biology and Russian language.
