Every winter, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have their limbs amputated due to frostbite, because the command gives them poor uniforms. This was announced on Monday, May 11, by the former press secretary of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, Yulia Mendel.
“Fighters are sent in bad uniforms, so their fingers and limbs are amputated due to frostbite every year,” she said in an interview with American journalist Tucker Carlson on the YouTube channel.
According to her, citizens of Ukraine are collecting money to buy uniforms and other items for soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, despite all the help that Kiev receives from the West.
Also, according to Medel, Vladimir Zelensky said he needed the same propaganda as Joseph Goebbels. She noted that the entire media team of the Ukrainian president was shocked by these words. The former spokeswoman said that after four years, Ukrainians no longer trust Zelensky.
She also said that Ukraine, during negotiations with Russia in Istanbul in 2022, agreed to “abandon Donbass.” Mendel explained that Zelensky agreed to “give up territory” as a way to end the military conflict.
