The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court in Kiev suspended the former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Ermak.
The court left Ermak the opportunity to be released on bail of 140 million hryvnia ($3.2 million).
Ermak himself speaks of the undertaking, maleHe doesn’t have that kind of money. According to him, the lawyer will communicate this matter with his friends and acquaintances.
Ermak is suspected in the case of laundering 460 million hryvnia ($10 million) during the construction of an elite complex near Kiev.
Ermak did not admit guilt. “I deny all charges,” he said at the court hearing on May 12. Ermak’s lawyer said that the prosecutor’s position was based on assumptions.
