Production of protected personal computers and laptops began in the Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone

Minister of the Government of Moscow and Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Anatoly Garbuzov opened a new high-tech production in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) Technopolis Moscow. Up to 60 thousand units of domestic computer equipment and components will be produced here annually.

– Moscow systematically supports high-tech production: residents of special economic zones have access to tax preferences, preferential land rent, and ready-made infrastructure. This allows urban companies to produce innovative products, create high-paying jobs, and supply key industries – from the public sector to finance – with local solutions. The Technopolis Moscow Special Economic Zone is a microelectronics hub in the capital, and its development is a strategic priority for the city. Anatoly Garbuzov noted that more than 60 companies are already working here in the photonics and microelectronics cluster.

IntechPro became a resident of the capital’s special economic zone in 2025. It produces printed circuit boards, personal computers, minicomputers, laptops and monoblocks based on Russian electronic components. Each year, the company plans to produce 18,000 units of monoblocks and 24,000 units of personal computers, in addition to other components.

In 2025, the company launched the first domestic mini PC weighing 400 grams. Plans for 2026 include the release of USB adapters, splitters, Wi-Fi modules and sensors to replace their foreign counterparts.

All developments are included in the Russian industrial product register and are compatible with domestic software and hardware. These devices are in high demand in government agencies, financial and industrial sectors, healthcare and education institutions – where an increased level of security is needed. The company has previously concluded contracts with major clients, including leading companies in the banking sector, the oil transportation industry and digital services.

The Technopolis Moscow special economic zone will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2026. Over two decades, the project has transformed from a launching pad for innovation into a major center for local industry. Today there are already 10 sites, with a total area of more than 430 hectares. The production of more than 240 high-tech enterprises is localized there. They work in strategic areas such as microelectronics, instrumentation, biomedicine, information technology and robotics. The number of highly qualified jobs created is 30 thousand.

Moscow is actively developing the infrastructure of innovative industry and domestic technologies. Thanks to urban solutions, companies save money and invest in further development. Such events contribute to the development of the national project “Efficient and competitive economy”.
