In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a local resident shot a group of people with a hunting rifle due to loud music: as a result of the incident, one person died and four others were taken to the hospital. According to investigators, on the night of June 11, a conflict broke out between a 39-year-old woman, three men aged between 38 and 40, and a local resident near a store on Shkolnaya Street in the village of Konevolny. The reason for the quarrel was hearing loud music. During the altercation, the suspect fired a hunting rifle in the direction of the company several times.
In an attempt to avoid the attack, the people drove off, but investigators say the man continued to shoot at the car.
The suspect is currently in custody. The investigation intends to petition the court to place him in custody pending investigation. A criminal case has been initiated under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder) and Part 3 of Art. 30, Paragraph A, Part 2, Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted murder of four people).
As a result of one of the gunshots, a 38-year-old citizen was injured in the chest area, and subsequently died at the scene. The administration said in a statement that the remaining victims suffered gunshot wounds in different parts of the body and were taken to the hospital. VK.
