According to journalists, the flight was postponed several times, but after a while the passengers were accommodated in a hotel. However, there were not enough places for everyone. In addition, the transport company issued customers vouchers worth 800 rubles.
“Due to the repeated imposition of restrictions on the operation of Sochi Airport in order to ensure flight safety, the crew was forced to divert to alternative airports,” the airline stated. On June 14, the departure and arrival of more than 40 aircraft were delayed at Sochi, Gelendzhik and Krasnodar airports, including after previously imposed restrictions.
