The Russian Communist Party intends to nominate Nikolai Bondarenko, Chairman of the Expert Council of the Party’s Central Committee and a popular blogger, for membership in the State Duma of the Russian Federation in the elections. Bondarenko will be included in the list of candidates, and will either be added to the federal part or appointed to one of the large regional posts. Nikolai Bondarenko is Secretary of the Saratov Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Russia and heads the Expert Council of the Party Central Committee, which deals with new social groups and communication channels.
