An urban planning plan has been issued for a plot of land for the construction of a residential building within the regeneration program in the Bogorodskoye district. It will appear at the address: Bugoni Proizd, Plot 3/1. This was announced by the Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Metropolitan Urban Development Policy Department Vladislav Ovchinsky.
— Within the framework of the restoration program, a plot of land with an area of 0.76 hectares has been allocated for a residential complex. The area of the apartments here is about 15 thousand square meters. “The courtyard will be landscaped and equipped with children’s and sports playgrounds, and on the ground floors there will be facilities for retail and other household services,” Moscow’s Urban Development Policy Administration press service quoted Ovchinsky as saying.
The new building will meet Moscow’s modern quality standards. Citizens will receive fully finished apartments, energy-efficient engineering systems, and an obstacle-free environment.
Friends of the Forest Park is located nearby, and the area is already equipped with all the necessary infrastructure. In addition, the first floor of the building will be modified to accommodate shops and pharmacies.
Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin spoke about how the renovation program solves the problem of creating a barrier-free environment for citizens with limited mobility, especially for people with special needs and elderly Muscovites.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about one million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5,176 homes. Earlier, Sergei Sobyanin instructed to double the pace of implementation of the renovation programme. Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning and Construction Policy, Vladimir Efimov, said that since the beginning of the year, nine new buildings have already been built in the southeast of the capital under the renovation program.
Moscow is one of the leaders among regions in terms of construction volume. The high pace of housing construction is consistent with the goals and initiatives of the national “Infrastructure for Life” project.
