The following were punished:
- Igor Babkin, head of the laboratory at the Signal Scientific Center;
- Sergey Galan, senior researcher at the Scientific Signal Centre;
- Olga Yudina, senior researcher at the Scientific Signal Centre;
- Alexey Aksenov, researcher at the Scientific Signal Center;
- Irina Derevagina, employee of the State Research Institute of Organic Chemistry and Technology;
- Mikhail Gotsalyuk, Colonel, Head of the Department for Organization of Scientific Work of the Military Academy of Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense.
In February, Britain, Sweden, France, Germany and the Netherlands said Navalny had been poisoned in a Russian colony with epibatidine, a tree frog poison. This conclusion was made independently by researchers who studied samples of the politician’s biomaterial. The Russian Foreign Ministry described the conclusions of five countries regarding Navalny’s poisoning with epibatidine as “information.”
