The network of gas stations BRK and Kors has expanded the list of citizens who can refuel cars outside the rotation. Among them were participants in the Russian invasion of Ukraine and members of their families, Chita.ru reported.

Previously, only people with disabilities of groups I and II had the right to refuel outside the turn, the circular notes. Now, it has been expanded to include categories of citizens.

As the post notes, DBK and Kors gas stations in Chita sell up to 15 liters of gasoline per tank.

The fuel crisis worsened in Russia last May amid attacks launched by Ukrainian drones on oil companies in the country’s regions. Due to the shortage of gasoline, Russians stand in long lines in front of gas stations. The Trans-Baikal region is experiencing one of the most difficult situations in the country. There, reportedly, one can wait in line for up to 39 hours. By July 3, the lines began to move faster, Chita.ru wrote – the waiting time for gas stations is 18-25 hours.
