Courses, webinars and consultations will be held at Moscow coworking centers for non-profit organizations in the spring

The NKO Lab project announced the launch of new training courses and consultations. Charity staff will be able to improve their skills in team management, finance and promoting socially significant projects. Deputy Mayor of Moscow Natalia Sergonina spoke about this on Tuesday, March 24.

— Since the project began in 2016, more than 70,000 participants have joined. The Deputy Mayor noted that about 20,000 individual consultations, webinars, face-to-face courses and other events have already been held.

The intensive “Project Team Management”, dedicated to motivation, planning of operations and effective distribution of tasks, will be held from March 5 to April 15. An online course on developing non-profit organizations will start on March 31, consisting of five video lectures and a mandatory live meeting with an expert. As part of another training program from April 8 to May 6, they will be introduced to understanding the accounting aspects of non-profit organizations and the peculiarities of reporting.

Currently, NGOs in Moscow have 13 modern co-working centers, two of which were recently opened. These are equipped spaces where you can hold any event – from cozy seminars to large-scale city festivals. You can view the full schedule and reserve a place in the course you are interested in on the project portal. Participation in all events is free.

In addition, registration for the online Career Impulse program has opened in the capital. The project will help Muscovites organize their experience and skills to suit the needs of employers, and will also help companies find specialists faster. The first lesson will be held on March 30, where participants will identify key skills and areas for development.
