Facebook is introducing new Pages features to help creators find and connect with their followers. announced on Tuesday.

Specifically, the social network is rolling out a new creator setting that makes content available exclusively to the best fans and followers. Creators can select this option by going to their audience settings and selecting the “Top Fans” option when publishing a new post. In the future, Facebook plans to roll out a new setting for creators that will allow them to provide some fans with early access to special content.

The company is also launching “Author Support” which gives creators the ability to highlight each other and invite their followers to follow another author they like. As soon as the author you are following endorses another author, you will receive a notification asking if you want to follow the recommended author.

In addition, Facebook is adding “Rising Creator Shortcuts” to make it easier for users to find up-and-coming creators on the platform. Authors who earn a place in the top 1% of authors in a given week will receive a notification. Facebook notes that the label shows that the author’s content has received active participation from the audience, while meeting the requirements of quality, originality and integrity. The label will appear on the creator’s Page and in user feeds below the “Discover new rising creators to follow” carousel to help the creator grow their audience.

The social network is also releasing new post and story templates for creators to automatically mention new top fans. Facebook says the new templates are meant to make it easy for creators to show appreciation for their followers’ support. The template reads: “A big hello to my new best fans!” and then lists a few of the creator’s new top fans. The company also states that the templates will help increase engagement.

Finally, Facebook gives iOS creators access to the composer selector in the navigation bar so they can quickly create a story, video, or go live. The company hasn’t said when or if the feature will be available to Android creators.

New feature launches happen as the company builds features for creators. Facebook recently launched “Music Revenue Sharing” feature to allow video creators to include licensed music in their Facebook videos and receive a share of in-stream ad revenue. With this feature, whenever a creator uses licensed music in their Facebook videos of 60 seconds or more, they can earn money from certain videos through in-stream ads.
