Vladimir Ershov was born on September 23, 1957. Already in 1984, he graduated from the Moscow Art Theater School in the workshop of Ivan Tarkhanov. Beginning in the same year, the actor’s life was closely associated with the theater stage on Malaya Bronnaya. He worked under professors such as Anatoly Efros, Alexander Dunaev and Evgeny Lazarev.
The actor played dozens of distinctive roles, each distinguished by skill and dedication to his work. Ershov was especially remembered by the audience for his deep and sincere portrayal of Arkhip Savelich in Alexander Karimov’s production of “The Captain’s Daughter”.
