Tverskoy Court in Moscow Arrested For 10 days, university student Konstantin Budunov under the Small Riot Protocol (Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), attracted attention “Beware of Moscow” and “Media Zone”.
Budonov, as follows from the court decision and media publications, came to the Lenin Mausoleum on Red Square in the afternoon of April 8. He stood in line in front of the mausoleum, reached the coffin with Lenin’s body, then hit the coffin several times and threw his shoe at it.
– The student does not admit guilt. He explained his actions by saying that he “did not agree with the economic and religious policies” of Vladimir Lenin. According to Caution, Moscow, Budunov is 18 years old and a first-year student.
