Kuban residents sent more than 10,000 complaints to the Bank of Russia :: News


For 9 months of 2022, residents of the Krasnodar Territory submitted 10.2 thousand requests to the Bank of Russia. This is 23% more than in the nine months of last year.

During this period, the number of complaints against banks increased by almost 20%. The growth was partly due to appeal procedures concerning the subject of sanctions. During 9 months, almost a thousand such complaints were received. Residents of the region reported problems with transfers and withdrawals from the account, changes in card maintenance conditions. As in the whole country, the peak of such occupations was in March-April, after which their numbers decreased.

The number of complaints against insurance companies and in particular problems with OSAGO decreased (-23%). There are half fewer reports of incorrect application of the bonus-malus coefficient.

In addition, the number of complaints about the imposition of additional services by microfinance organizations has decreased by more than a quarter. This may be due to measuresadopted by the Bank of Russia late last year to protect consumer rights.
