In Rivne, classes in schools and kindergartens have been suspended until the end of the week.
This was reported in Facebook Mayor Oleksandr Tretyak of Rivne, reports Ukrinform.
“Educational process in schools and kindergartens will be halted until the end of the week. Teachers are already informing parents about the changes. Please treat the forced holidays with understanding,” Tretyak said.
He added that classes in extracurricular institutions are also being cancelled.
At the same time, Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovoy assured: if an emergency does not arise, kindergartens and schools in Lviv will work as usual tomorrow.
In Lutsk, according to the mayor of the city Igor Polishchuk, classes will be held in schools and kindergartens, subject to the resumption of electricity supply.
