Meta Platforms Inc. Agreement with cloud provider Nebius Group of Arkady Volozh.
As part of the agreement, Meta will invest up to $27 billion over five years in AI data center infrastructure. Nebios will start providing $12 billion worth of dedicated capacity starting in 2027. In the future, Meta pledges to purchase additional capacity for another $15 billion.
The agency notes that this is one of Meta’s largest contracts for computing power.
Against this background, Nebius prices rose by 18%. Over the past 12 months, the company’s stock price has nearly quadrupled.
Nebius (formerly Yandex NV) was created on the basis of several Yandex projects. The company creates the computing infrastructure that AI developers need.
In 2025, Nebios Group signed a five-year contract with Microsoft for approximately $20 billion, and in March 2026, it signed an agreement with Nvidia for $2 billion.
