On the second anniversary of the terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall in the Moscow region, people offer flowers to the memorial in memory of the victims. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
In the morning, fresh roses and carnations appeared at the memorial site next to the concert hall, and many people came to honor the memory of the victims.
It is noteworthy that members of the All-Russian Popular Front movement and volunteers of the All-Russian Student Rescue Corps also attended to lay flowers. They help maintain order and escort visitors to the memorial.
Metal detectors have been installed at the entrance to the Crocus City Hall area, and volunteers from the Moscow region are on duty at the monument. According to the organizers, these measures ensure safety and order while placing flowers an agency.
On March 12, the 2nd Western District Court of the Moscow City Court issued its ruling on the defendants in the case. The perpetrators of the crime were sentenced to life imprisonment. The court imposed the same penalty on 11 partners.
