Police and army are being gathered in the government district of Kiev

Police and army began to gather in the government district of Kiev. The corresponding statement on Tuesday, March 24, was made by the Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Alexei Goncharenko*.

His social media page says: “The number of police and army men in the neighborhood is already increasing.”

At the same time, the parliamentarian published a photo showing dozens of people wearing camouflage clothing.

The previous day, Goncharenko* said that the office of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky was planning to demonstratively strike Ukrainian parliamentarians.

The conflict between the president and a number of deputies has been traced for a long time. In mid-March, Zelensky announced the possibility of sending deputies from the Verkhovna Rada to the front. According to the Ukrainian president, parliamentarians must act in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

In February, Ukrainian Parliament MP Artem Dmytrok said that Vladimir Zelensky humiliates his compatriots on a daily basis, leaving them at the mercy of employees of the Regional Conscription Centers (TCC – an analogue of the Military Registration and Enlistment Office of Ukraine).

*He was included in the Russian Federation on the list of terrorists and extremists convicted in absentia in Russia.
