That has the mayor of Nikopol Evgeny Yevtushenko announced.

“The rashists targeted the promenade street, where there are always a lot of people. Also, the first microdistrict was not chosen in vain – the Russians did not settle there. This is a quiet five-storey area of the city. Their tactics on Energodar have changed. There is no longer a goal to “make friends,” Yevtushenko wrote.

He added that he had received information from a subscriber that after the shelling of the Energodar microdistrict, local residents began to gather on the spot.

“There were people who said, ‘It was Nikopol’s side that they fired.’ Probably the rashists have planted “non-locals” to start an anti-Ukrainian rumor,” he said.

According to the mayor of Energodar Dmitry Orlov, it is known at 5:20 pm that a man who was walking his dog at the time died as a result of shelling in the first microdistrict. The animal also died on the spot.

Mayor Dmitry Orlov added that Russian invaders fired at least 6 shots at the city of Energodar on August 14, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM. As a result of the shelling, an employee of the Zaporizhzhya NPP, foreman Marko Maxim Petrovich, was killed.

Two other residents of Energodar were injured and taken to a specialized medical and sanitation unit in Energodar.

On February 24, 2022 at 4 a.m., Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a “special military operation” in the occupied Donbas. Russia launched missile strikes on the territory of Ukraine and launched a direct large-scale invasion in four directions. The armed forces of Ukraine reject the enemy, the plan of the blitzkrieg – to take Kiev in two or three days – failed, the Russian army withdrew from the capital. The Russian military is committing thousands of war crimes and crimes against humanity across Ukraine.
