San Francisco (USA), September 20 (EFE). — US tech giant Salesforce kicked off its annual Dreamforce conference on Tuesday with the announcement of a new platform that manages customer data in real time — in milliseconds — and with WhatsApp integration.

The firm, led by Marc Benioff and Bret Taylor, unveiled the platform, dubbed Genie, in front of an estimated 40,000 people who attended the opening of a technology conference that will feature talks and speeches from the likes of Lenny Kravitz, Bono and Matthew. McConaughey.

Genie uses Customer 360 data to provide businesses with a personalized experience for their customers, using stored customer knowledge to strategize from sales and service to marketing and commerce.
