Israeli police said they found fragments of missiles launched from Iran in the historic center of Jerusalem. The wreckage was found near the city’s main shrines, including the Church of the Holy Sepulcher complex and the Temple Mount (Mosque Square).
Initially, several interceptions were recorded in the airspace above the city. Subsequently, the remains of missiles, some of which turned out to be very large, were discovered on the ground at various points in the Old City, including the Jewish Quarter. Additional fragments were also found in various parts of central and eastern Jerusalem TASS.
The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization received information about damage to World Heritage sites in Iran and acknowledged that a site located in southern Lebanon may have been damaged during the fighting.
Footage of the destruction of a unique rare aircraft – the world’s last Boeing KC-747 air tanker, which was in the service of the Iranian Air Force, has spread on the Internet. The legendary plane with tail number 5-8107 was hit during an Israeli raid on Mehrabad International Airport in Tehran.
