Skip Marley Teams up with OneFirelight to Combine Wellness with Music

OneFirelight is an inspirational wellness platform that promotes unity, strength, and a sense of balance. Through hundreds of one-of-a-kind streaming fitness videos taught by world-class instructors, the classes are filmed in natural settings of lush greenery and water and are choreographed to the soul-nurturing music of Bob Marley, his grandson, chart-topping, two-time Grammy© nominated Skip Marley and other conscious artists.

Music has been shown to increase performance and stamina during exercise as well as improve mood by modifying brain waves, while activities in natural settings and exposure to nature have important stress-reducing and restorative effects on the mind and body.

As a young college student in Jamaica many years ago, musician and songwriter Bob Marley’s motivational music had a profound impact on OneFirelight co-founder, Kathryn Leary. Today, the nurturing and healing power of Marley’s words and music continues through the wellness platform One Firelight.
