On the eve of professional vacations for recruiters and HR managers, analysts found out how much these specialists in the Kuban are in demand and how much they are willing to pay.

Since the beginning of 2022, about 3.9 thousand vacancies for personnel management specialists have been published in the Kuban, most of the offers are posted in Krasnodar, Sochi and Novorossiysk. About 60% of such vacancies are for candidates with work experience of one to three years, 17% of the offers are for specialists who do not have them. Remote work is offered by 12% of job vacancies in the Kuban.

The most active recruitment of such employees is done by companies in the region engaged in retail (14% of the total share of vacancies in the region), construction and real estate (13%), information technology (10%), business services (7 %), food products and catering (each 6%). Employers in the region invite specialists in recruitment, development and training of personnel, personnel files, as well as compensation and benefits professionals and corporate culture building.

– The profession of HR manager has replaced the Soviet-style personnel officer and has changed significantly in recent years. Today, the range of functional areas in the field of personnel management is quite diverse, companies need specialists who not only select employees for open positions, but also engage in their adaptation, training, development, work to increase the loyalty and motivation of specialists , as well as the formation and development of corporate culture , internal communication and the brand of the company as an employer, – notes Alyona Manokhina, head of the press service of Yug. – Today, the competition between candidates in the field of “HR management” in the Kuban is 5 people per place, indicating a moderate level of competition in favor of the employer, which means that companies in the region have no problems finding of HR specialists. A year earlier, there was a shortage of such personnel – 2-3 candidates competed for one job offer.

As the analysis of vacancies on the portal in the Krasnodar Territory shows, the average level of wages offered to HR specialists this year was 46.6 thousand rubles, in Russia as a whole the figures are slightly higher – 50 .3 thousand rubles. According to the analytical service “Wage database” the average level of income offered in the Krasnodar Territory for a specialist in personnel administration is 53.4 thousand rubles, a specialist in internal communication and corporate culture – 52.1 thousand rubles, a specialist in allowances and benefits – 54.2 thousand rubles, a recruiter – 39.3 thousand rubles, a specialist in training and development of employees – 49.1 thousand rubles.
