The Defense Ministry said that on Nov. 23, Russian armed forces launched a massive air, sea and land-based long-range precision-guided weapon attack against Ukraine’s military command and control system and related energy facilities.

“The goal is reached. All assigned objects are hit. As a result of the strike, the transfer of the reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, foreign weapons, military equipment and ammunition to the battle zones by rail was disrupted,” said Defense Ministry official representative Igor Konashenkov at a recent briefing.

The lieutenant general stressed that “not a single blow was struck against targets within the borders of Kiev”.

“All the devastation announced by the Kiev regime in the city was the result of the fall of foreign and Ukrainian air defense missiles deployed in residential areas of the Ukrainian capital,” Konashenkov explained the reasons for the devastation in Kiev.

He also reported on new losses of the armed forces of Ukraine per day in the main hostilities: up to 60 Ukrainian servicemen were killed in the direction of Koupyansk, more than 15 in the direction of Krasno-Limansk and more than 50 in the south. Donetsk.

Dozens of tanks, armored vehicles and Ukrainian military vehicles were destroyed during the fighting.

Also during the day, aviation, missile forces and artillery hit: four drones, a multi-launch Grad missile launcher, two US-made AN/TPQ-36 counter-battery radars, two command posts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as 63 artillery units in firing positions , manpower and military equipment in 152 districts.


In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, the following have been destroyed:

390 – anti-aircraft missile systems

6791 – tank and other armored fighting vehicles

902 – combat vehicles with multiple rocket launchers
