Three masked men robbed a tobacco shop in the village of Lopatino near Moscow. They took cigarettes worth 1.3 million rubles from the outlet. This was reported on Wednesday, April 1 by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Moscow Region.
-At night, masked attackers opened the front door of a shopping mall located in the village of Lopatino. Then, after damaging the lock and shutters of the pavilion, they went inside, where they stole tobacco products. After loading the stolen items into the car, they fled. They said that the amount of damage amounted to more than 1.3 million rubles cable– Department channel.
Security forces arrested the men in Krasnogorsk. 410 cartons of cigarettes were found in one of the suspects’ car. A criminal case was opened against the men, and two of them were found to be former prisoners. The attackers were sent to a pre-trial detention centre.
Last December, a previously convicted man stole 370 packs of cigarettes from a deer on Altayskaya Street in the capital. The former prisoner was quickly arrested. He managed to sell several packs of cigarettes. A criminal case was opened against the man.
