Exactly nine months ago, the Russian army invaded Ukraine. It is estimated that, in addition to multibillion-dollar property damage, the war claimed tens of thousands of lives on both sides. Neither Russia nor Ukraine provide exact figures. The British Ministry of Defense estimated some time ago that there were 25,000 soldiers on the Russian side, and on the Ukrainian side it could be half.
