The Caribbean Premier League (CPL 2022) Game 26 saw the Trinbago Knight Riders take on the St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots on Thursday, September 22. It was fierce competition and the Patriots managed to keep their nerves to finish on the winning side.

Andre Russell hit some hard shots at the end but fell short by seven runs. With this victory, the Patriots are still alive in the competition.
With the victory, the Patriots grabbed two crucial points and took their total to eight. They are ranked fourth in the points table and will advance to the playoffs if other results go their way.
The Trinbago Knight Riders, meanwhile, will need to win their final game to have a chance of qualifying for the 2022 CPL Playoffs. They are trailing the Patriots with seven points to their name.
Barbados Royals continue to top 2022 CPL points table
The Barbados Royals continue to stay on top and will finish the league phase on top. They have won eight out of nine games so far and have 16 points to their credit.
Below them are the St. Lucia Kings, who have managed to win four out of eight games. The Jamaica Tallawahs also have eight runs and are placed below the Kings due to a lower net run rate than the Kings. The Kings have a net run rate of +0.05 compared to +0.279 for the Tallawahs.
Guyana Amazon Warriors continue to falter at the bottom of the 2022 CPL points table. They have five points to their name but have three games left to play. If they win all of their remaining matches, they will seal a spot in the playoffs.
The battle for the last three spots continues to get interesting as some exciting matches are on the way in the coming days.
