The World Cup is about to begin and golf influencer Paige Spiranac has made it clear who she wants to win. The former professional golfer is from the United States and would love to see her team win.

Unfortunately, there is no precedent for this, as the United States men’s national team has never won the World Cup or even played in the final.

Spiranac made it clear where his wedding ring is with a photo posted on his Twitter account. It has the letters “USA” on the front of the shirt and the caption with:

“World Cup! Who are you supporting for?”

Spiranac has leaned heavily into the influencer role since moving away from golf as a competitive sport.

She’s still into sports, and a lot of her content is about it, but she’s clearly doing a bit more on the content side than the sports side and it seems to be working well for her.

The Twitter account on which she posted the image has more than 700,000 followers and her Instagram account has nearly four million.

What are the chances of Paige Spiranac’s team winning the World Cup?

The United States are certainly the underdogs of the World Cup, as they almost always are.

Soccer is not as big in America as it is in other parts of the world, so the United States Men’s National Team has never had the top talent that other countries have had.

However, it’s been one of America’s best teams in a while, led by prodigy Christian Pulisic. Despite this, they are still far from winning everything, as Spiranac hopes.
