After more than a month away from WWE television, Brock Lesnar may possibly return to the company’s programming soon.
At this year’s SummerSlam, The Beast Incarnate and Roman Reigns faced off in a Last Man Standing Match. The fight ended with the latter retaining his undisputed WWE Universal Championship with help from The Bloodline.
Since then, fans haven’t seen Lesnar on TV. Although it was widely announced for the Day 1 event scheduled for January 1 next year, fans may not have to wait that long.
According to Xero News, the former Universal Champion is set to return for Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia in October. The annual show is scheduled to take place on November 5, 2022. However, no exact date or confirmation has been shared on Lesnar’s potential return at this time.
When not in the ring, the veteran is busy with other activities. Brock Lesnar’s recent stint on the hunt recently caught the attention of fans after posing with the animal he potentially killed.
Brock Lesnar’s alleged opponent at WWE Crown Jewel 2022
One of the stars the former champion has come up against this year is Bobby Lashley. At Royal Rumble 2022, The All Mighty defeated Lesnar to win the WWE Championship. The latter regained the title at Elimination Chamber soon after, but has yet to beat Lashley one-on-one.
An earlier report from Xero News suggested possible early plans for a match between the two for the Saudi Arabian broadcast. Meanwhile, Goldberg would also return to face Veer Mahaan and Omos at Crown Jewel 2022.
As the high-profile event draws closer, Brock Lesnar’s absence from television may be short-lived. Fans will have to wait and see who approaches The Beast when he supposedly returns.
