The Krasnogorsk City Court recovered from the former head of the “Pantheon of Defenders of the Fatherland” of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Vyacheslav Filippov, his wife, as well as from the beneficiary of the PSS company Oleg Suvorov, half a million rubles for the benefit of the Russian Federation. This became known on Friday, May 8 by court decision.
“The court decided to respond to the allegations of the Prosecutor General’s Office against Filippov, Filippova and Suvorov,” the court stated. TASS.
The Prosecutor General’s Office demanded the recovery of more than 510 million rubles from Filippov, Suvorov and other defendants. According to the ministry, they received this money illegally as a result of concluding agreements and contracts with the gods of the fatherland’s defenders.
Filippov and Suvorov are detained. The former head of the pantheon of homeland defenders was accused of receiving a particularly large bribe. The second defendant in the case is accused of staying at her home.
