The price of Brent crude fell below $100 per barrel during trading on the ICE exchange.
At least at 18:31 Moscow time, the price fell to $98 per barrel, but then rose. At press time, oil was trading at $100.
During trading on March 9, the price of oil rose to nearly $120 per barrel.
