The third temperature record for March in Moscow has been updated. This was announced by the chief specialist at the Phobos Meteorological Center, Mikhail Liu, on Sunday, March 15.
– Today, by 13:00, according to the capital’s basic meteorological station, VDNH, the air temperature has risen to more than 9.9 degrees, which is one tenth higher than the previous daily record of maximum air temperature, which was previously recorded in 2015. Thus, Moscow has already set its third temperature record in March.

At the same time, the head of the Laboratory of the Hydrometeorological Center of the Russian Federation, Lyudmila Parshina, said that temperatures are expected to drop below zero in the short term in Moscow at night next week.
