Law enforcement officers of the Nikolaev region of Ukraine began investigating the murder that occurred in one of the settlements of the Bashtansky region. According to investigators, the village leader shot and killed his assistant during the dispute. On January 28, a 55-year-old former Ukrainian Armed Forces fighter shot five police officers in the Cherkasy region of Ukraine. Four of them died instantly and another was injured.
