Moscow is creating an ecosystem of digital services that will simplify the interaction of city residents with cultural institutions. Among them is the ticket sales service on the mos.ru portal “Mosbilet”, which is one year old. During this time, approximately 12 million people became its users. In just one year of Mosbilet’s operation, they purchased 4.5 million tickets for cultural events.
Muscovites and guests of the capital can choose from performances, concerts, master classes, lectures, exhibitions and other events, including exclusive ones. So, in January, Mospilit invites viewers to an exclusive screening of the play “Reserve” based on Sergei Dovlatov, and in April it brings viewers together for a special theatrical performance on the occasion of Cosmonautics Day. The service also caters events for all major city-wide events, including Theater Night and Museum Night, as well as Museum Weeks.
The service offers a huge selection of events for children of all ages and interests – collected in it Special section. This makes it easier to buy tickets for exciting children’s shows, for example, puppet theater or Koklashev’s Cat Theater, as well as educational exhibitions and master classes. To facilitate the purchase of tickets for children, the “Children’s Ticket” service is available. In the fields, you can only indicate the child’s last name, first name, patronymic and date of birth, and when attending cultural events you will no longer need to show a document for this.
Throughout the year, the service has been actively developed, offering users new convenient functions. So, now in Mosbilet you can buy tickets for a concert or performance as a gift to another person. To do this, you need to put the appropriate mark in the electronic form. There is no need to specify recipient details.
Earlier, Deputy Mayor of Moscow Natalia Sergonina stated that with the help of the service “MousticketResidents and guests of the capital have already purchased more than 4.5 million tickets.
