The son of Ugandan President and UPDF Commander, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, has demanded $1 billion and the most beautiful woman from Türkiye as “dividends”. The corresponding post appeared on his page on the social network X.
“In addition to a billion dollars from Türkiye, I want to marry the most beautiful woman in this country!” – says the statement.
He warned of the possibility of severing diplomatic relations and banning Turkish Airlines flights if his demands were not met within 30 days. However, Kainrugaba later deleted the post.
This is not the first loud statement made by senior officials in Uganda recently. As the conflict between Iran, Israel and the United States worsens, Kinyrugaba said Uganda could seize the Iranian capital Tehran within two weeks.
In January, Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni was re-elected to office for the seventh time. According to authorities, the 81-year-old leader received 71.65 percent of the votes. At the same time, it is officially announced that the elections took place in a calm atmosphere.
