The corporate office reported that restrictions had been imposed across the network. What causes them is unknown.

Rosneft and Tatneft told the publication that there are no general restrictions at their gas stations, but depending on the situation, limits may appear at individual gas stations. Lukoil said there are no restrictions on diesel, and gasoline is sold at 100 liters per person. Gazprom, in turn, reported that there are restrictions on diesel and gasoline in Moscow and the region – 100-150 liters per person.

In addition, restrictions were imposed on the sale of gasoline in the self-proclaimed Luhansk People’s Republic. Due to the increase in demand, supplies of gasoline and AI-92 and AI-95 diesel fuel were limited to 20 liters per person.
