A Moscow court refused to satisfy FPBK Chairman Borodin to satisfy his claim against Pugacheva

The Presnensky District Court of Moscow dismissed the case against the People’s Artist of the USSR Alla Pugacheva. This was reported on Saturday, June 6, by the press service of the capital’s courts of general jurisdiction.

The court considered the request of the head of the Federal Security and Anti-Corruption Project, Vitaly Borodin, to protect honor, dignity and business reputation, as well as to recover compensation for moral damage.

The plaintiff demanded the return of five million rubles from Pugacheva, claiming that in one of her interviews she published false information about him. However, the court did not find any reasons to satisfy the mentioned requirements and reports cable-Ship channel.

On April 20, Vitaly Borodin proposed examining and freezing Alla Pugacheva’s Russian assets. He described it as unacceptable for the artist to live in Cyprus and at the same time maintain a large “safety cushion” in the form of assets on Russian territory.
