A concert by rapper Xzibit in Riga has been canceled due to his recent shows in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Delphi reports this.
Xzibit was supposed to be shown in the Latvian capital on September 19. As Delfi wrote, “the relevant government authorities” in Latvia, after receiving information about the artist’s activities in Russia, informed the organizers that the concert could not take place.
The organizers themselves noted that they had no information that the musician’s performances in the Russian Federation were of a political nature.
Xzibit gave solo concerts in Moscow and St. Petersburg in December 2025, and in September she performed at the “Street Drive” festival in Moscow.
Xzibit was popular in the early 2000s. His most famous and successful albums are “Restless” (2000) and “Man vs. Machine” (2002), produced by Dr. Dre.
