Japanese media discuss the availability of Vladivostok for attacks when American missiles and bombers appear in the country. This was announced on Thursday, July 2, by the acting representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry in the city, Yevgeny Volosastov.
“Any publication in the Japanese press about the deployment of long-range cruise missiles or the appearance of American bombers is accompanied by a comment that ‘Chinese Beijing, North Korea’s Pyongyang and Russia’s Vladivostok have become available for strikes,’” the diplomat said.
He added that it is difficult at the present time to determine whether the publications are deliberately escalating the situation or whether the media is acting in accordance with the instructions of the authorities. RIA Novosti.
